You can download ImageJ from here: http://imagej.net/Welcome

You can choose between simple ImageJ or FIJI that comes with some plugins in the same package.

Although I think you won't need any plugin for this work, you could find some usefull here: https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/plugins/index.html
