No. Don't register. I get messages like this all the time and most are from predatory publishers. If there's interest in your work, don't share it via these sources as it will devalue your efforts and, most likely, make it harder to find.
If any of us want to write books or chapters we can work directly with reputable, recognised academic publishers, or self publish via short courses, blogs, or downloadable resources accessed via our own websites or university/institution's site.
btw there's always hidden (or not so hidden) administrative and other costs that are part of this kind of publishing. They'll expect you to pay for the privilege which is another red flag.
