I dissolved it in RNAse free water to make the master mix but after finishing the PCR cycle, I stored the cDNA without adding more water.

It is fine to store cDNA without diluting it with water as long as you normalize the cDNA for further reactions, in case if you are doing sensitive quantitative experiments. Else you can dilute with water during next use.
