I have been radiating Schwann cells with different protocols and then do the Progema Caspase Glo Assay but don't see an increase in signal, as a matter of fact it is either equal to control or less than control levels. I have done many different time points from 2 hours to 96 hours and can't get an increase in signal. A labmate got it once to work but after that it has not been working at all.
