I'm trying to isolate genomic dna from old insect samples and I'm using Nucleospin DNA insect kit. What modification in protocol do you guys suggest
But I tried it with fresh samples. I couldnt isolate dna from that
If you did not get any DNA from fresh samples, there is something fundamentally wrong in the procedure which probably can't be fixed by protocol modifications.
