Based on the question hope you have carried/given the approach of untargeted metabolomics, which is a little difficult to do the analysis part.

Since it is a GC-MS; the sample preparation can be done either by a non-derivate method which results in the separation of volatile compounds.

another is the derivate method; which gives details about volatile and non-volatile compounds.

Anyhow you can try:

1. List out the compounds

2. Search for their activity through various databases and articles.

3. Scale down your research question with respect to the compound of interest and type of interaction or mechanical studies and interpret your results.
