Have you (Raminder Sandhu)used ape pakage? i have numerical data for some 50-60 organisms. i want to sort the data in increasing order of evolution of organisms. can i do this using the ape software..what all formats of phylogram does ape accepts? or can you suggest me some other software doing a similar thing?
