You may use miRBase (http://www.mirbase.org/index.shtml) for searching the microRNA-coding genes. It is a database of published miRNA transcript sequences, but you can also find their respective coding genes through the HGNC report (which brings you to the Ensembl, NCBI, and other resources).
Another option would be using the RNA central (https://rnacentral.org/) database, which would be fit for your purposes (for browsing both lncRNA and miRNA-coding genes).
Thank you so much for your attention to my question, the databases you mentioned are very useful for me. However, as I have a lot of RNAs, I am looking for some other database with faster way for this purpose.
