Not really , why do you use vaccine virus as positive control? Do they have identical sequences at the primed region between two viruees? If it is for diagnosis, shorter amplified fragment is better in terms of sensitivity.

Thank you very much for your advice. I use the vaccine virus for now because I am still trying to acquire a virus positive control. I am using it for routine diagnosis.
