The memory required to solve a modal analysis is dependent on the number of nodes per element as well as the total number of elements in the model.
You can reduce the memory requirements by using the correct element topolgy for certain parts. Thin-walled structures for example can be accurately represented using shell elements instead of solid elements - this can result in significant reduction of element numbers.
Show us a picture of your model along with the type of element you've assigned to the different parts.

.I checked the solve process settings in tools and found that the number of processors assigned was 2. I changed it to 4 and added GPU also since by default it was set as none and my simulation finally started getting solved.

Hmm, activating GPU probably utilises the graphics onboard memory as well.
Still - a modal analysis requiring 100 GB of memory indicates that your mesh size and / or element topology are not properly selected. If the solution takes a very long time, come back to the tips given above to reduce solution time.
