I have found the best results with a binding affinity of 6,7 kj/mol.

Hi Ratih,

It depends on your needs, like if you are planning to design some inhibitor for an enzyme against its substrate, then you have to go for some literature, if its already predicted otherwise do the docking with the substrate and then correlate the binding energies.
