I have used santacruz (sc-7389) antibody {Mouse 2' antibody} and tried with Hela, U2OS, HT-29, SW620, HCT116, MCF-7, HEK293T and K562 cell lines. But did not get any expression from the WCL.
Then I bought Cdc25A antibody Abcam (ab 989) {Rabbit 2' antibody} and tried with Hela, U2OS, K562, MCF-7, Ht-29, SW620, SW480, HEK293T and NCCIT cells. But did not get any expression.
However, the over-expressed/transfected Cdc25A sample is showed band at around 65 KDa in both the cases.
I am using 8% electrophoresis gel and normal western blot technique. If anyone has recently used such antibodies, then which cell line (easily transfectable) they have used? Please help?

Kindly look at this study which worked with Cdc25A (Santa Cruz Biochemicals, Santa Cruz, California) and Cdc25B (Pharmingen, San Diego, California) in the colorectal tumors .
