I am performing cytoplasmic and nuclear extraction from different cell line to check the expression level of a particular protein. I am not getting protein in the nuclear fraction.
Rajdeep Roy . I am sorry , I don't know the reason for this. But I am also planning to do it for the first time. Can you provide some source of literature that can help me to decide protocol for the same. That will help a lot to me.

other lipid rich cells.
