So far I have tried tank priming, bubble filter purging, de-gassing and all sorts of cleaning commands. I have also manually cleaned the SIT/sample probe and the bubble filters using the small outlets at the bottom. Several attempts at rebooting the system with multiple fluidics start-ups and shut-down cycles have failed. Does anyone know if there's a quick fix or something that I can do on my own?

u can open the machine n check if some capillary is blocked or some capillary filter is blocked. than you can clean it else call the engg. u discard all waste, n chekc seath fliud level and shutdown solution also.
Hi Ankit, we had the same problem. This failure was due to low pressure. In particular, higher pressure is required during the startup. You can try the following: When the startup is running (after the valves have been checked, you can hear this), the system will try a SIT flush (check it out, this should happen approximately 3 minutes after starting the start up) and fails. You may overcome this problem during startup by carefully pressing up the aspirator arm manually at that point. Maybe acquisition after the startup works normal then. I would do an extensive cleaning with FACS Clean, and see, if the problem has gone. However, I think lifting the aspirator arm manually is only a temporary solution. You should check the pressure on the Fluidics Cart, it should be above 35, as far as I remember. If it's lower, there may either be a problem with the compressor itself, or some leaky unit downstream, which has to be repaired/exchanged. Good luck best regards Mark
