which gives me Gad1 positive neuron networks around day 45. I am trying to decide how long to keep them maturing aiming to get a state of maturation similar to a human embryo around gestational week 26. I was wondering if there is any kind of approximated equivalence between days in 2D culture and embryo stage with respect to interneuron development. If there is nothing published maybe someone can advice from their own experience?
