Hello there José Orlando Quintana , it is a wonderful question! There could be many factors that contribute to college dropout, such as problems with the curriculum and/or professors way of teaching, problems at home, financial issues (where they need to work more, and cannot continue, or dealing with physical or mental health issues. While it could be one cause or many, perhaps discovering why, could be done through a series of qualitative interviews (either one-on-one or a focus group). In this way, you can discover the true reasons behind why students are dropping out of college. Then, you can ask them what would have motivated them to stay in college? From there, you could gather answers. Having the right type of academic support on hand could always be beneficial for learners of all ages, however it is something that needs more discovery and thought (about how to design it). Good luck to you in your research.
