They look quite weird. For my experience, I cannot define them as haematopoietic. You said that you used CD34+ cells from hES right? Can you tell us more about those cells, for example other markers or at which day of differentiation you obtained those cells...
Looks like someone in your second picture might be trying to make hemoglobin. (it's pretty much the only way a cell could be so red!). So it might be a start, but you've got to get those a lot bigger and nicer :)
