How we can accelerate expansion of THLE-2 cell line?

We are working on THLE-2 cell line in a project. We are using BEGM Bronchial Epithelial Cell Growth Medium BulletKit. The cells are in their thirteenth passages. Recently, cells dividing is slow down.
