I am solving the conjugate heat transfer problem in a steady flow meter. The definition of the problem is: Suppose there is pressure.

In this configuration, the heat transfer steam is flowing in pipe with some constant velocity at downstream; the pipe and steady flow meter material is stainless steel. The length size of this steady flow meter is very large compared with its inner and outer diameter. The ambient temperature is 25 °C and steam temperature is 350 °C.

Now I would like to use conjugate heat flux to get the temperature at head of the steady flow meter. Can anybody tell me which expression or equation I have to use for solving this problem?
