In my experiment below steps are required and five fragments has been designated, to order this oligos I select the normal desalting purification but the company recommended me to add PAGE purification ... do you think PAGE is required ?
Process and oligos:
Ligation, Gel electrophoresis , Gel purification, PCR then Gel electrophoresis
S1-5'(Phos) 80bp
S2-5'(Phos) 80bp
S3-5'(Phos) 80bp
S4-5'(Phos) 80bp
S5-5'(Phos) 80bp

I also do similar work like yours and my primers were synthesized using the normal desalting method. I did not encounter any problem using normal desalting synthesized primers. The PAGE purification primers ensures highest purity and is more expensive than the normal desalting. You can decide to try with the normal desalting which I think should be ok for you.
If you are going to do mutagenic studies, then your primers should be PAGE purified.
