How to use Clausius-Clayperon equation for biaxially/triaxially strained solid case (not a hydrostatic pressure) ?

Hi everyone,

Generally, Clausius-Clayperon equation is used for hydrostatic pressure or uniaxial strain case for evaluation of phase transition temperature . I am looking for more general case, namely strained solid having non-planar geometry (spherical, cylindrical, etc) .
