My paper "Observations on graph invariants with the Lovasz ϑ-function" has been published in AIMS Mathematics, and I updated the PDF file and also added a doi link. However, Research Gate does not allow me to modify the status from Preprint to Article with the name of the journal. Could you help me please ?

Dear Igal Sason Short answer is: no you cannot.
What you can do is: Upload your final paper as article (and not as preprint). The thing is you already assigned it as a preprint and once in the RG database you cannot change this see https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293081125777-Reviewing-editing-and-featuring-your-research where they state “Note: Certain types of research cannot be changed to another type, including data and preprints. To change the type, you will need to remove the research item and reupload it as the correct type.”
If it all works you can if you wish, link the published paper to your preprint see https://help.researchgate.net/hc/en-us/articles/14293104044177-Preprints
