Are there any detailed instructions for the use of low pressure lecture bottles without losing gas?

I have 1 liter of labeled N2 gas, compressed in a 450ml lecture bottle.

I want to introduce a constant quantity (in terms of mols) for many replications of the same experiment, each one is a sealed cell.

How do I control the quantities?

What equipment do I need?
