How to treat LEXSY P10 cells after transfection?

After transfection (by electroporation) of LEXSY P10 cells with pLexsy-Neo2 vector (neomycin selection), should the flasks be standing upright or be positioned flat? How many cells are usually dead after 1st day of selection? Thank you for your help!

Thank you Jolanta, I wonder how many of alive (i.e. moving) cells should be in the flask after two days of selection? Right now most of them seems dead.
