You can remove fibrosis by suggested methods, but it does not mean that the udder produce milk like before. If the fibrosis spread into all parts of udder, you can not do any works because the milk producing tissues is destroyed.
The fibrosis of the udder indicate previous inflammatory or traumatic injury. Therefore, the treatment is unsuccessful.
There are many pharmaceutical companies (in the developing world) that sell products to treat the fibrosis, but they do not have appropriate research to support their use.
The biggest problem is that udder halves or quarters affected by fibrosis usually have a focal infection with contagious pathogens. Therefore, treating them is just increasing the risk of spreading mastitis to other animals in the population.
My advice is to cull all animals with signs of advanced fibrosis.
I share Kiro Petrovski in his answer, but culling is last way when all your trials were failed but the trial is necessary by using alpha kemo trypsin and good efficient antibiotic
streptokinase, antibiotics preferably third generation cephalosporins, anti-inflammatory drugs, ascorbic acid. Regular emptying of udder, any ointment for local aplication
Serratiopeptidase boluses are available 60 mg Bolus twice daily can also be given.
Highly diluted acriflavine in water can be infused inside the udder at large quantities ( 1 Litre ) followed by gentle massaging for 30 minutes, strip of the udder after massaging repeat for 3 days
