I have to do a kind of statistical analysis in a part of my Matlab program. The statistical analysis is too difficult for Matlab programming, but it can easily be finished by the SPSS software.
So how to do these: When my Matlab program runs to the part of statistical analysis, it gives the data for the sophisticated statistical analysis to SPSS and SPSS receives the data. And after SPSS finishes the analysis, it returns analysis results to Matlab and Matlab receives the returned value. Do this just like calling functions. Maybe I need to know the interface between Matlab and SPSS?

A software useful for converting datafiles between statistical softwares is STAT/Transfer, see the link. Some operations on the data can be done within the software.

If possible you can make your own interface function between Matlab and SPSS. Instead of doing this, better choice is to write Matlab function code to do Statistical analysis part.

I don't use SPSS in my work. But I find that SPSS can write data to .CSV file that you can open in Matlab for further processing:

You can open .csv file in Matlab, for example, by "fopen" or "csvread" function:

Also you can split your Matlab code into two programs. First will perform preprocessing and save data for SPSS, and second will read data after statistical analysis in SPSS and carry out further processing. Or you can insert into you Matlab code a loop that is terminated after Matlab reads the non-empty file with statistical data that creates by SPSS.
Or you can use Matlab toolbox instead SPSS for statistical analysis:
