Some people say the Inferior temporal sulcus and middle temporal sulcus are the same location (http://braininfo.rprc.washington.edu/centraldirectory.aspx?ID=130) while other people say not(http://medical-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/sulcus+temporalis+inferior).
Are the Inferior temporal sulcus and middle temporal sulcus the same location?
The inferior temporal sulcus is the inferior of the two sulci on the lateral aspect of the human temporal lobe. The upper one is called superior temporal sulcus, and there is no middle one in the human brain. The sulci at the inferior aspect of the temporal lobe have different names such as occipitotemporal sulcus, collateral sulcus, rhinal sulcus...
What you show in your first link is the equivalent in the Macaque brain. The Macaque has a middle temporal sulcus indeed.

On the lateral aspect of the human brain; Sulcus temporalis superior and inferior is seen.
On the inferior aspect; sulcus occipitotemporalis medialis and lateralis are seen. In some resources, anterior part of the sulcus occipitotemporalis medialis is mentioned as sulcus rhinalis, and posterior part as sulcus collateralis.
The human brain has a superior and an inferior temporal sulci. The macaque has a superior and an anterior middle temporal sulci. The latter is homologous to the human inferior temporal sulcus.
