Hi all,
We all know that the sphericity test or correcting is needed before multi-factor ANOVA of repeated measurement. However,I didn't see someone do sphericity test and correcting or even mention it in the statistical process of AFNI (by using 3dANOVA3 ,3dANOVA2 etc). I don't know why could this happen?
And I need to know how to do sphericity test and correcting using AFNI .Or do we have some other methods to replace the test?

3dANOVAx (2, 3) have some detection for sphericity built in, see this recent update https://afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/gangc/ANOVA_Mod.html. I believe the only program that will do an adjustment is 3dMVM. 3dMVM can do all of the same analyses, albeit considerably slower.
