Personally I think uploading RNAseq data via GEO is more easier than via SRA. You just need to complete an excel sheet, which provides all meta information, and upload the sheet, raw date and processed data to GEO server. They will process your request within several days. GEO will help you to upload raw data to SRA, and assign SRA accession number.
