Many journals which says they are indexed in Thomson Reuters ISI and have Impact Factor but every thing is fake many are publishing the list of fake journals but still the publishers are not stopped they continue to publish hundreds of papers every month if publishing fee is payed without not even reviewing what ever the junk is submitted they are ready to publish how to stop them?
If a journal's home page begins by a statement of the fact that it has an impact factor, then it is a bad sign. :-) The journal's most important properties are its scope and purpose, and its editorial board I think is also an important indicator of how serious it is. If several names in there are known to you, then you are probably safe. If, however, the journal's main selling point is that it has an impact factor, then I would walk out the door.
At my university there is now a policy that we should publish in open access journals. That is fine, but it has also meant that many new, untried, journals are popping up, eager to earn money. I think that those money-making journals that are interested in money much more than to publish good science should be exposed to the world. Unless someone already has set up a web page with information about those money-making fakes, it is time to do so.
As many journals has started with the intention of only making money it is must to identify them and stop them so that the researcher with good paper should not be trapped among the junk papers.
Many such journals ware identified but unknowingly many new authors are publishing the paper and gets demotivated so how to refine their publishing quality what can be the check points to the publishers
