kindly share your idea on revolving ans sweeping of elements in either Ansys or using Hypermesh if any tutorials shared will be most useful

regarding mesh:
you should just insert a sweept mesh (attached picture). Actually I have had some troubles with this technique: the sweep direction tends to swirl.

u can do element sweeping in ansys through vsweep command.
Main Menu>Preprocessor>Meshing>Mesh>Volume Sweep>Sweep
