I'm assuming you have the Semiconductor Module installed.
Have you looked to some of the practice examples included in Application Libraries regarding this module ?
In particular, if you go to:
In the Application Library
-> Semiconductor Module
-> Verification Examples
There are two useful examples there:
the "heterojunction 1d" & the "pn junction 1d". These are examples of 1D models, but since what you are looking is for practice of how to enter and asign the parameters of dopants concentration I'm sure you will find them useful.
Also, if additionally to these, you go to the
-> Semiconductor Module
-> Devices
You will find at the begining of the list, 3 examples of a Bipolar Transitor, I recomend you to look these up too, I'm sure you will find them useful for your purpose too.
The common unit of doping in semiconductors is (1/cm^3) .Please look at the examples given in the module in comsol given in the link: https://doc.comsol.com/5.4/doc/com.comsol.help.semicond/IntroductionToSemiconductorModule.pdf
