The mentioned property is surely missed. Go to your model builder and trace the physic that involve this property. You select it from the COMSOL library or you can define it as "User defined".

First thing you should do is to know the selection list of the model parts number that does not assigned to a specific material. You can find The selection list in the ''Home''-->''Windows'', then look for the part numbers that illustrated previously in the error, and start assigning a material for each part of the model. Then a sigma value will be applied accordingly, to each portion mentioned in the error .
