I have fabricated a stretchable antenna that uses silver nanowire (AgNW) as a patch and Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) as a substrate, but I encountered a problem when installing SMA connector. it cannot be soldered directly because the substrate used is made of silicone (PDMS).
Dear Muhammad Fadhlurrahman Hilmi , may be you could add some metallic electrode at the end of your silver nanowires that connects them all and from which you can solder to the SMA connector. It might be also possible to embed the connector on the silicone substrate (leaving the contacts free for soldering), by a reason of robustness of the final device.

Further the above suggestion, the flexible conducting connection or conducting paint between the electrode from your device and SMA connector would help to solve your problems.

If you are using the nickel-titanium SMA, you need to electroplate nickel on the NiTi alloy before welding.
