I am currently working on similar simulation with a 3D geometry. I recommend that you use UDF to define the wall motion and then enable the dynamic mesh to soothe the mesh motion. You need Visual Studio to compile the UDF for Ansys version 2019 and below. However Ansys 2020 R2 version and above have inbuilt compiler which makes the loading and building UDF motion that much easier.

VOF (volume of fluid) can help you to simulate sloshing water in tank. It has the ability of multiphase simulation.

Why do you use 2Way FSI for sloshing?

I think the dynamic mesh is enough for this simulation.
