I want to simulate this using the Acoustic structure interaction module.
For ease this can be done by taking a single unit.

use the periodic condition form Boundary in the physics and set the type of periodicity to floquet with k-vector kx and ky
If you have waves at normal incidence, just use periodic boundary condition. If your incident wave have propagation angle, you must use Floquet boundary conditions to include in-plane components of wave vector.

And there is no option of periodic port available in pressure acoustic module while selecting the port.
You say ur structure is periodic in x & y directions, so it is incorrect to use circular port since it is used for circular waveguides. Use periodic port from popup menu.
