There is many variables related to pressure in ANSYS FLuent and CFX

The Fluent Static Pressure is the P variable from Navier-Stokes. NAvier Stokes does not care teh absolute value of pressure, de Pressure Gradient does matter. Hence, teh solver can find positive and negative values to this variable without chance de pressure gradrient.

Fluent has teh Gauge Pressure(generally on outlet condition option), or the pressure regarding to Reference Pressure.

The Reference Pressure is summed to Static Pressure to calculate the Absolute Pressure.

Pabs = Pref + Pstatic

This is the Termodynamic pressure user by Equation fo State - if is teh case

Pabs is ALWAYS poositive.

In addition, there is the Total Pressure (or Stagnation Pressure) that is the Kinetic Energy Contribution to Pressure Field ( see BernoulliEqation)

Ptotal = Pstatic + 0.5*density*U², that can be used as Inlet condition on compressive flow also.

And a observation: with a turbulence model there is a turbulence kinetic energy conbtribution to pressure, in toher words, the trace from Reynlolds Stress Tensor closure

So, if you want to see a positive pressure field, show the Absolute Pressure.

But asthe Static pressure is often lower then absolute pressure, is not common to show.

That is, your data is CORRECT, probably

All you need to do is set the operating pressure to 0 and enter absolute pressure values for the boundary conditions.
