I am looking for all the possible solution could be implemented to remove sticky PDMS from master mould and with it any necessary precaution needed for avoiding similar situation as shown in the picture.
Yes pretreatment of the su8 mold is good to prevent the PDMS from getting stuck in the first place. To remove the PDMS you have stuck now I would just soack the the su8 mold in isopropanol as it should dissolve the PDMS.
I faced similar problem with DRIE Si wafer, so the structures were made of Si wafer itself and not SU8. I used conc. H2SO4 with short exposure times (10-15s) followed by washing with distilled water and repeat this process several times till all the PDMS is dissolved. After this the wafer would have lost it's hydrophobicity so you'll have to treat with hexamethyldisilazane or trimethyl silane to make it hydrophobic again
