What is name of this chemical reaction process?

My research object is changing terminal functional group of PDMS from -OH to -PO(OH)2. I know just one experiment recipe using furan, ethylamine, POCl3, D.I water. But it not work well. So i want know other exmerpiment recipe of changing terminal functional group reaction. How can i find it?
