Dear researchers I would like to learn how to quantify extract component A. I run extract at concentration of (0.2815 mg/ml). The extract was spiked with isotope labelled deuterated (A-d3) standard compound at 50 µg/ml OR (0.05 mg/ml). Every response will be highly appreciated. Please look at following data
Extract concentration = 0.2815 mg/ml
Peak area of extract component A = 500 (molecular weight: 314)
Peak area of isotope standard (A-d3) = 1500 (molecular weight: 317)
Spiking concentration of isotope standard (A-d3) = 50 µg/ml (0.05 mg/ml)
Concentration of component A (%) = ?
