I have a doubt regarding flowing software.If anyone using the software kindly help me.
My problem is while combining all the individual histograms, peak height of each individual one come in same height in final overlay histogram even though their height is different in individual one.From this I can only understand the peak shift,if prominent shifting is there.To find out Peak height difference is very difficult.Is there any option to make overlay histogram with different peak height as in individual histograms.
(In the figure I have attached with this clearly shows, in first histogram (3) peak height is 23 and other one (histogram (4)) shows peak height is 34.But in final combined one is showing both the histograms are having same height.)
Perhaps if you labeled the axes it might help by having the units indicated. Good luck with your work, David Booth

Yes, Andrey Davydenko right above gave you the best path, you can get started with the links he provided. R is difficult to beat when it comes to producing high quality density plots (as you figure shows -- they are not histograms). I often use ggplot (https://www.rdocumentation.org/packages/ggplot2/versions/3.3.3) package, I think you will also find it useful.
