Your supports are right.

You can model only quarter of your beam, by using symmetry, if the load is static.

The value of open shear transfer coefficient is between 0 and 1.0

The value of closed shear transfer coefficient is between 0 and 1.0

The value of closed shear transfer coefficient should be greater than the value of open shear transfer coefficient.

The stiffness of the cracked concrete depends on these two values. A value near 1.0 causes higher stiffness, this means low deflection and higher ultimate strength.
