How to prepare Lidocaine injection (Stock- 2%) different concentrations for MTT Cytotoxicity>

I am working with fibroblast growth human tenon's capsule and I have to check the cytotoxic effect of different concentrations of lidocaine(2%). Can anyone suggest how to prepare different concentrations from the stock?
