I want a detailed explanation about IC50 calculation.
Hello,
IC50 = Inhibitory concentration at 50% level
can calculate by %=Blank-test/blank x 100 by this u can calulate the % of bleaching r the concentration inhibited.
To calculate IC50 = a+b (50)
where, a= Y'-b (x') ; b =∑XY / ∑X²
where, X= concentration
y= % of absorbance (OD).
u calculate Mean & SD and substitutute in the above u may find.
Hope r disscution may arise for it
Thank u
Thank you
