I have a vial from sigma Aldrich that has 2000 Kunitz units/mg, I need to use this enzyme at a concentration of 200 mg/ml so my question is how much should I dilute the powder in to get this concentration?
my vial cat# is D5025 (lot SLBS0287V)

Weigh out some of the powder and dissolve it in a suitable buffer at 200 mg/ml. For example, if you weigh out 50 mg of powder, dissolve it in 0.25 ml of buffer. By the way, 200 mg/ml is an extremely high concentration for an enzyme solution. Does it really need to be that concentrated?
