I have calculated the activation energy from freidman's differential isoconversional method and prexponential function using compensation effect, so I have a unique value for E and A. Now I want to plot a theoretical curve of conversion (Alpha) vs Temperature using the one of the kinetic models in solid state reactions (eg. second order model or Avrami-Erofeev model).

Each value of alpha corresponds to a temperature in deg K. Hence, all you need do is plot the value of alpha (a = 0.05, 0.1...0.95) on the y axis and the corresponding temperature (K) on the x-axis. Other researchers also plot activation energy (Ea) against alpha to determine the so called kinetic compensation effect (KCE) or Log A (frequency factor) vs Ea to determine the parameters "a" and "b" based on the Zsako (1976) relation. I have done all those things that you suggested. I have plotted the experimental values of alpha from 0 to 1 already. But I want to compare the experimental alpha vs T curve with a simulated/theoretical alpha vs T curve using second order reaction model (or any other model I want to compare).
I have attached an image here which shows this comparison using first order and n=2/3 model.

You have used lsqcurvefit function in distributed activation energy analysis. This is also a good option to present comparison between actual and theoretical rate of conversion vs temp curves.
