To measure s-parameters input port impedance should be matched with output impedance i.e 50 ohms. The circuit what I have implemented is having 190 ohms at output side. So I am getting less power gain.
Please help me how to set this to 50 ohms or Is there any another way to measure S-parameters?

For 50 ohm, you have to use tuning.
I have simulated in ADS, so i have no idea about Cadence

Dear Sir (SungWon Chung),
- If we do so by using xfmr from analogLib, then power gain is less than voltage gain. Since voltage gain is "vout/vin", but where as power gain is "(2vout/vin)srt of (Rout/Rin)". In my case Rout (190) is not equal to Rin(50). I have tried with xfmr by terminating with a port of 50 ohms (say RL) , but S21 is almost 12 dB less than voltage gain.
- Somewhere I have read that to get voltage gain equal to power gain, output impedance should be equal to input impedance.
- Now doubt is that output impedance is Rout (or) RL?
