How to plot Scatchard plot in ANS experiment in Fluorescence ?

In ANS experiment by Fluorescence method they use Scatchard plot to calculate Kd(approximate) and Fmax and Surface hydrophobicity index ...what are the steps to plot the graph and to do calculation ? can anyone help me ?
