I am conducting a study on diatom growth after different treatments, an example of my data is attached in image. I proceeded to 9 treatment, to observe their effects I have measured diatom growth (cell densities) after each treatment, the experiences are in triplicates R1 R2 R3. The cell densities were measured in a determined time (day) from 0 to 16 days. Now, I would like to perform a Tukey's test to compare the growth and densities among the different treatments.
Could anyone kindly guide me on how to conduct a Tukey's test to determine significant differences in diatom growth among the treatments? Additionally, if you could provide any insights on the relevant statistical assumptions and best practices for interpreting the results, it would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your valuable suggestions!
