No. I don't think there is a problem with pipetting or trypsin. May be there is a problem with centrifugation. Moreover, trypsin is just to detach the cells from plate. If they are detaching without problem, means it's fine. At what speed, time and temperature you are centrifuging themm?

Did you tap the flask during trypsinizing? Tapping the flask may cause the cells to aggregate. And what type of cells are you working on?
Also, temperature should not be less than 20 and not more than 25. You're absolutely right Fakhriedzwan. Type of cells also matters.
